free fitness channels

Free fitness channels on Youtube are an awesome way to get in shape without sacrificing your budget. When working with clients, I analyze their budget and identify expenses that can be reduced or eliminated.

Reducing expenditures is a crucial step in reclaiming your budget & reducing your overhead. Click To Tweet

Exercising is often one of the first items to go. Although gyms such as Planet Fitness and Blink are offering more affordable options, gym memberships and personal training sessions can cost an upwards of $150 a month, if not more, depending on the amenities offered and the reputation of the trainer or facility.

Thanks to free fitness channels on YouTube, your finances no longer have to be at the mercy of personal trainers or gym memberships. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of fitness professionals on YouTube who have curated free fitness channels that enable you to workout from the comfort of your living room.

Here are five free fitness channels on YouTube that will help you trim your waistline and fatten your wallet:

  1. SuperHero Fitness

This is one of my  personal favorites. Kearia’s workouts are fun and effective. If you love dancing then you’ll love her workouts. She also offers workouts that aren’t dance oriented, but are just as effective and fun. My favorite is her Leg Sculpting and Booty Lifting routine (guaranteed to leave you feeling the burn the next day).

  1. PopSugar Fitness

Delivered by the folks over at PopSugar, they offer several enticing free workouts on YouTube. They have male and female instructors and a 10 minute workout video series. PopSugar has a workout for everyone ranging from Kickboxing to Pilates. If you crave variety, PopSugar is a good option to add to your playlist.

  1. Yoga With Adriene

In my opinion, this is one of the best yoga channels on YouTube. Fitness doesn’t always have to be high energy plus there are various health and spiritual benefits you gain from Yoga that you may not experience with cardio focused workouts. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced Yogi, Adriene has something for you.

  1. Fitness Blender

Less personable than the other options mentioned above, Fitness Blender is a core fitness program that is focused on effective workouts and is based on the science of getting fit. It’s not fancy, but it really gets the job done. If you are interested in workouts for a particular “problem area” fitness blender is a good way to go.

  1. Laura London

I found Laura because I was looking for alternative ab workouts. My regular routine created unnecessary neck pain and Laura has a standing abs workout that really delivers. After doing this workout for a week, I fell in love with her “can do”  attitude and her “mom next-door” vibe.

Financial responsibility is similar to health and wellness in a variety of ways. Both impact your quality of life, become easier the longer you implement them, and both work only as much as you do. You should always practice consistency and consume a balanced diet that facilitates fat loss and muscle growth.
